The Weekend Diaries No.3

A Brixton Saturday

What I wore - A £13 bargain dress from Primark and an equally cheap knit from George Asda! Can you tell I've ben watching my pennies lately?

Last thursday was Jonny's Birthday so after lots of cake and a few drinks with friends that evening; followed by a very lazy friday I thought it would be nice to have a day out together on Saturday.
The best thing about Jonny moving to London is there is always something or somewhere new to try out.

We headed to near by Brixton which was sooo busy, but we retreated into Brixton Village Market where I read about some awesome places to eat! It was this article which me want to try Mama Lans; a beijing street food cafe/restaurent. We managed to squeeze ourselves into this tiny place and the food was amazing- affordable, fresh, clean and YUM! Definitely go try it out :)

After a mooch around and a laze in the park we headed to this lovely independent cinema 'Ritzys'. I watched a film that warmed my heart, and made me sad, and made me happy, and it was perfect! I'll be reviewing it in my next post.

I hope everyone had a great weekend.

Train journey home- Time to reflect and write as I leave London.
